CoFancy continues to prioritize the health and well-being of our associates and customers.

To guarantee the best customer experience, we updated our Return & Refund Policy by extending the return and after-sale warranty period from 7 days to 14 days. For items received within 14 days, unopened and in good condition with the original packing, if you don’t want them anymore, you can contact our customer service team and we’ll arrange return service as soon as possible. For quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) found within the 14 days after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. Wearing contact lenses under COVID-19

Wash your hands: Please wash your hands properly when put on and take out contact lenses. To thouroughly wash your hands, you need to wash them with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Disinfect your contact lenses: Disinfect your contact lenses with proper solution and don't forget wash your hands before do it. 

Do not use contact lenses when you feel sick: when you feel ill with cold or flu-like symptoms, please stop wearing contact lens.
