CoFANCY will be happy to process return item(s) within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order. Please note CoFANCY is only able to issue the item(s) unopened, undamaged, unused, and unexpired.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. International returns must be sent as a tracked package and the transportation cost must be paid by the customer.
How to return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact us page. Our team will reply to you in 12 hours.
When returning your items please provide the proof of purchase (your order number, full name, and email address used when purchase made) within the return. If you are unable to find your order number please reach out to us, CoFANCY will be happy to help. *Please double-check your returns before shipping them out. CoFANCY is not responsible for the return of non-CoFANCY products.
When will I receive my money?
Please note that CoFANCY is only able to issue a refund back onto the original payment method used. Once the returned merchandise is received, your money will be refunded back to you. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
